Housing Unit Descriptions

Lake View Lodge
Each of the Lodge's 10 rooms offers a spectacular view of the lake from a shared front porch. The rooms have heat, carpeting, bathroom with shower, private entrance from the porch and 2 double beds. Rollaways may be added in rooms. The Lodge also has a common room with lake views, a kitchen and a wood stove.

Emily Gibbes House
The Gibbes House's 10 bedrooms are centered around the Scandia Room, a comfortably furnished gathering space with ceiling fans, a gas fireplace, and a kitchen. Each of the bedrooms has heat, carpeting, bathroom with shower, and a hallway entrance. The 4 ground floor rooms have an additional entrance via sliding glass doors. 4 rooms have a double bed and a full size sleep sofa and 3 rooms have 2 twin beds with a sleep sofa. 1 room is a barrier-free with 2 twin beds and a fully accessible bathroom. The Gibbes House is available for use year round.  

Cottage F
Each of the 3 units has 2 twin beds, heat, carpeting, bathroom w/shower. All units have space for a rollaway.

Lake View Cabins
Each cabin houses 2 separate units with a shared screen porch and lake views. The rooms have heat, carpeting, bathroom w/shower. 6 units have 2 twin beds, 2 units have a queen size bed with a day bed in each.

Chapel Line Cabins
Each of the 8 units have heat, carpeting, bathroom w/shower. All units have 2 twin beds and 1 bunk bed.

The Inn
Our historic, 19th century Inn is the hub for daily activities at Geneva Point Center. For generations, people have enjoyed the Inn's wide porch lined with rocking chairs and views of Lake Winnipesaukee. The Inn has 29 rooms that share several common bathrooms and 7 rooms that offer a half bath.

Half Bath, Second Floor, each of the 7 rooms have carpeting, hot water lavatory, 6 rooms have a double bed. First floor has one room with 1 twin bed.

Common Bath, Second Floor, each of the 12 rooms have carpeting and use a common men's or women's bath. 1 room has a double bed and 11 rooms have 2 twin beds.

Common Bath, Third Floor, Each of the 17 rooms has 2 cot-size beds. They all use a common men's or women's bath on the third floor with a shower of the hallway

Peat and Repeat
Each separate cabin has heat, hot water lavatory, 3 built-in bunks and 1 single bunk.

State Line Cabins
Each of the 4 separate cabins is heated, has 4 built-in double bunks and a cold water lavatory.

College Row Cabins
Each of the 6 separate cabins has 3 built-in double bunks and a cold water lavatory.

Dock Road Cabins
Each of the 10 separate cabins has 3 built-in double bunks, a single built-in bunk and a cold water lavatory.

Pasture Line Cabins
Each of the 3 double cabins has either 4 or 6 single bunk beds,  a cold water lavatory and private entrance.

Geneva Woods
Nestled in the forest, Geneva Woods offers campers seclusion from Geneva Point's main campus. Each of the 7 cabins has 4 bunk beds, sleeping 8 persons each. Common shower and toilet facilities and 3 screened meeting sites.
